Record standard
What we describe for each scene
- title and short description of the visible situation,
- a date or a fairly specified time period,
- location and map coordinates,
- author of the photograph, if known,
- historical and photographic sources,
- scope of AI coloring and animation.
Confidence level
How to read descriptions
Approximate
The month or stage of fighting is known, but the exact day the photograph was taken is unknown.
Unsure
Attribution or identification remains hypothetical. There is a question mark or explicit disclaimer in the description.
